Pizza Cook/Shift Leader- $15 to $20/hr (including tips)

We are looking to hire a great pizza cook with the opportunity this role could turn into a shift leader within a few months at our Apple Valley location (possible shifts also available in the future at our Lakeville location).

We are looking for a hands on restaurant cook/supervisor that is available all shifts, but will mostly work evenings and weekends.

You can earn up to $15-$20/hour when including tips which usually average around $4-$5/hour. We do not have FOH staff, so all our cooks split the tips, which really do average out to that extra income which is cash at the end of every shift.

Weekends are our busy time so you would need to be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

You will lead by example, and ensure each experience is efficient, accurate, timely, and personable. You will have the ability to troubleshoot areas for smooth operation during the shift.

Our cooks, supervisors and managers are hands on in the kitchen and not only cook; but help customers by greeting them in the restaurant or taking their orders on the phone. We do not have FOH or BOH staff; our cooks do it all and are rewarded with and share the tips for that.

There are no late nights in this pizza biz as we close by 9pm each night. That means great quality of life and a great job for students.
