Job Description:

• Lead, develop, and train others in providing superior customer service
• Manage overall operation of a service center, including hiring, training, and disciplining employees, ensuring EH&S compliance, and achieving profit goals
• Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development
• Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and ensure a safe working environment
• Provide superior customer service leadership to build trust and loyalty

Requirements:

• Friendly and willing to work as part of a customer-focused team
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business
