MUST HAVES: 1) Outbound Sales 2) Call Center 3) Microsoft Excel Job Description: -Handling outbound calls in regard to the sale of products or services for major manufacturers/retailers. -May also support incoming claims requests and sales requests - Offline tasks for sales processing at times - Perform outbound and inbound tasks - Document info accurately in database - Will receive leads from the company they will call to follow up on (Warm calls)
