Minimum Qualifications of Optical Department Manager:

• Candidates for this job must either have completed at least two years of college, or have one year's experience in retail and one year's experience in supervision, or have two years of general work experience with at least one year working in the optical industry. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is also required.
