Commercial Sales Associate

Job Summary:

At AutoZone, You duty is to ensure commercial sales growth at their designated location, with the task of forming positive bonds with commercial clients, maintaining inventory and part knowledge, and overseeing product acquisitions and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Reach growth and hit sales objectives by expertly sustaining and developing business sales. Create novel accounts via direct and telephone communication with potential customers
• Play a vital role in cultivating strong relationships between commercial clients and AutoZone by maintaining consistent communication
• Enhance the delivery process through effective route planning and driver management. Confirm that every shipment is accompanied by the appropriate documentation
• Keep abreast of the latest innovations in the automotive parts and industry sectors, utilizing that knowledge to offer sound advice to commercial clients and assist them in making the proper purchasing decisions
• Maintain financial records and process billing for commercial entities; handle refunds and reconcile accounting statements
• Making sure that commercial accounts are regularly serviced and that deliveries are fulfilled as per their original agreements are the primary objectives of this position. Contributing to the AutoZone team, both through assisting customers and collaborating with other team members, is also a key aspect of this job
• Support the SM or DM in the training and growth of workers such as drivers and commercial specialists
• Takes the necessary measures to uphold a secure workplace by ensuring that AutoZoners implement safety practices including wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Follows safe-driving protocols and guidelines, making sure that all Commercial Zoners possess a valid driver's license
• Maintains the vehicles and ensures timely reporting of any maintenance concerns.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is often viewed as a minimum requirement for many job opportunities
• One must have a basic grasp of automotive parts
• A proficient manager possessing excellent communication skills, a strong ability to make wise choices, and an impressive prowess in sales
• Capability to elevate, convey, and dispatch goods
• Being able to adjust your schedule to meet the demands of the company, particularly making yourself available on weekends, evenings, and holidays
