Construction Accountant

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts. This position offers great work-life balance, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with government agencies


• Act as the point of contact for external auditors


• Maintain internal books and finances Analyze financial transactions


• All Construction Accounting


• Full controller to file taxes


• WIP Reports


• P&L Statements


• Lien Releases


• Budget entries


• Working with PMs on billables and payables


• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll processes


• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements


• Filing quarterly taxes


• Year closeout

Qualifications:

• 5 years in recent Construction Accounting


• BS in Accounting or other related field


• Hands-on in WIPs and P&L statements


• Excel experienced


• Leadership skills


• Knowledge of job costing


• JobPower proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $67,757.52 - $81,600.46 per year
