Job Summary
As a Program Manager you will build, evangelize, and deliver demand generation and lead development programs for all of Foundever's CX Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness and visibility for all CX Solutions in your market(s). You will work closely with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, strategy and local marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
You Will
• Oversee and drive marketing programs to support the objectives for existing and new customers of Foundever's CX Solutions
• Build an activity plan, working with product marketing, to meet revenue objectives set by Product Strategy and Sales
• Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to execute successful targeted marketing programs that include events, webinars, demand-gen campaigns/nurture programs, digital advertising, social media, etc.
• Clearly communicate and share information on CX Solutions to Foundever stakeholders in your region
• Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
• Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers.
• Ensure the timely execution of the marketing activity plans for your region
• Measure campaign effectiveness based on relevant KPIs and activity plan
• Build awareness for Foundever's CX solutions by collaborating closely with PR & Comms and product marketing for press releases, article placements, and social media
You Have
• 5+ years experience in marketing and demand generation for the BPO services industry and/or B2B enterprise software
• Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs, managing program budgets, and reporting
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across stakeholders
• Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to details
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Experience with sales and marketing automation systems
• Proven ability to build relationships across a number of stakeholders including sales, SDR, customer success, subject matter experts, and product marketing
