Job Description
Essential Duties:
Work closely with multiple business functions at all levels of the organization.
Manage planning and execution of Projects/Programs across Enterprise Systems Portfolio and cross portfolio pertaining to dependencies both business and technical . Lead and Manage Program timeline, budget, risk, issue resolutions all deliverables end to end.
Work closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and other departments pertaining to Enterprise Systems Portfolio priority and execution of overall company goals to ensure project priorities and decisions are consistent between teams and corporate strategic plans.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Manage and Communicate across all core teams and to executive leadership.
Assist the team to prepare for phase gate reviews and other go/no go decisions required by executive leadership.
Manage and execute the Quarterly program / Portfolio planning process.
Define program resource needs, negotiate program resourcing plans, and track resource usage over the course of the program.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
