Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing, to evaluate patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide therapeutic interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
Health Promotion: Promote health and wellness through preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and patient education on healthy lifestyle behaviors, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
Chronic Disease Management: Manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and depression, through medication management, lifestyle counseling, and ongoing monitoring and support.
Specialty Care: Provide specialized care and services in areas such as cardiology, dermatology, women's health, mental health, and geriatrics, collaborating with specialists as needed to address complex patient needs.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of care for patients.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification/license in the relevant specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult, Pediatric, Psychiatric).
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based care model.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure and certification.
