* Clean and filter oil vats daily
* Clean outside and inside of the restaurant
* Power wash
* Clean equipment
* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
* Rotate product
* Clean bathrooms and floors
* Change roof filters and light bulbs
* Ensuring clean sanitized towels are available for the team
