Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increase business reach, infiltrate established accounts, and secure profitable sales advancement within the designated territory.
  • Scrutinize customer business needs and recommend suitable products and services that can effectively cater to their requirements.
  • Getting familiar with market conditions, competitors' products, and product innovations is crucial to delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Answer any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the product and its features, functionality, and compatibility with other software or hardware systems.
  • Travel to customer sites, exhibitions, conventions, and other events using your own personal transportation.
  • Recover outstanding balances by taking the necessary steps and effectively coordinate the delivery process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Be present for all the company-sponsored functions, promotions and events aimed at building stronger relationships with customers.
  • Show dedication to your sales role by attending and engaging in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Aid in educating and mentoring new recruits.
  • Undertake administrative duties which include compiling sales budgets and reports, managing credit processing, and organizing files for efficient report filing.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this position must possess a college degree in areas like Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or an equivalent discipline. An alternative way to qualify is by having a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) and at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency.
  • The skills learned in restaurant management, such as leadership, budgeting, and organizational abilities, are highly transferable to other industries.
  • Possess a lawful, current driver's license, and auto insurance with no citations on driving in the past.
  • Flexibility to move to the geographic vicinity of the territory.
  • Capability to maneuver a computer system and expertness in utilizing MS Office.
  • The aptitude to communicate fluently and comprehensibly in English.
