Primary Responsibilities:

• Garbage trucks should be driven safely and efficiently in compliance with company guidelines and traffic laws to ensure successful operations.
• Gather trash receptacles from both residential and commercial settings.
• Properly dispose of refuse by transporting it from the trash bins to the garbage truck.
• Follow the prescribed pathways assigned by supervisors and adhere to their guidance.
• The primary objective is to make sure individuals remain safe, which is achievable by sticking to the existing safety protocols and procedures.
• Regularly maintain and inspect garbage trucks to guarantee their optimal functionality.
• Employ strong communication skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration amongst all participants involved in the debt collection process.

Qualifications:

• The completion of high school education or its comparable credential is a must for several professional paths.
• An unblemished driving background and a legitimate driver's license.
• Competence in the safe and efficient handling of garbage trucks and related machinery.
• Strength and stamina to lift heavy waste bins repeatedly over time.
• Precise attention to detail in conjunction with strict compliance with safety measures is a must.
• Proficient communication and coordination proficiency are essential.
• This position requires the employee to work outdoors, and applicants should be willing to do so in different weather patterns.
• Experience in waste management or a correlated field is preferred, although not mandatory.
