Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other retail leads and managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across stores.
Uphold the Nike brand and its values by providing a premium and authentic experience for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
