Your job as a Walmart Customer Payment Specialist is vital to the customer's shopping experience and Walmart's overall success. Duties and Responsibilities:
Cashier:

- Stand for extended periods of time while adeptly processing customer transactions with great speed and accuracy
- It is necessary to ensure that your work area is routinely cleaned, as it can greatly impact the overall efficiency and quality of work
- We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we strive to address your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can count on us to provide timely and thorough responses to your questions
- Be prepared to assist associates across multiple departments as necessary
Cart and Janitorial:
- The overall experience a customer has with your business is essential to creating a lasting impression, and ensuring that they are left with a positive image of your brand
- Collect the shopping carts from the lot and return them to the store
- Drive machinery to move carts inside the store, starting from the exterior
- Ensure that the restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot are spotless at all times
- Staying optimistic through thick and thin is key to overcoming obstacles
