Why Wendy's

Wendy's, a brand of HAZA Group, is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high-volume Wendy's restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and possess strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director of Area Operations (DAO), the District Manager is responsible for:

  • Overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations, including staffing, full P&L, training, and development
  • Creating and managing budgets
  • Ensuring all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and taking corrective actions as appropriate
  • Interviewing, hiring, cross-training, and disciplining GMs and staff as needed
  • Visiting assigned stores as needed to ensure stores' overall quality, cleanliness, and operations are continuously met

Requirements

  • Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &/or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program
  • Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
  • Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
  • Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
  • HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making
  • Results oriented and customer service focused
  • Previous Wendy's experience a plus!
