Front Desk Agent
The Beach Haven Hotel, is a quaint boutique hotel just steps from the beach. We are seeking a friendly and detail oriented customer service professional to join our front desk team. We currently have a full-time position available. Musts be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends & holidays. A mixture of shifts will range in 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm.
Some of your Responsibilities:
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave.
Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, answer questions about guests needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests. Monitor security cameras, as well as doing walk arounds of property. This position is very hands-on. and does assist with doing hotel laundry through out both the am & pm shifts.
Qualifications:
Prefer at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent.
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
