Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students with behavioral challenges, providing individualized support, and implementing behavior intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  
• Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based strategies.
  
• Collect and record data on student progress towards behavior goals.
  
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavior management strategies.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior interventions.
  

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  
• Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges preferred.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
