Gas Station Pump Installer
Description:
The service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and service of automotive, electronic, hydraulic and/or mechanical petroleum equipment and products as applicable.
Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, performing repairs and completing preventative maintenance of fueling systems
Monitors and is accountable for accuracy of parts inventory on service van including, but not limited to, transfers of parts to appropriate jobs and other service techs as applicable as well as returns to warehouse facilities
Analyzes electronic and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required
Intalls, programs and tests new equipment
Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must haves:
6+ months of previous experience working in the mechanical or electrical industry
6+ months of operate mechanical equipment and machines or farm labor or mechanic experience
High School diploma or GED
6+ months of customer service
Clean driving record
Nice to haves:
Preferred experience in service station/fueling equipment repair
They are based out of Rochester, MN currently but will be building 6 Kwik Trips in Sioux Falls in 2023. They will break ground in March and need to have service techs trained and ready to go prior to that. They are wanting to hire right now and will ask the service techs to travel to Rochester to train with their crew there until they are up and running.
