Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, California. As a key member of our recruitment and onboarding department, you will play a critical role in supporting our hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, and providing exceptional support to our team. Responsibilities:
+ Posting job openings, recruiting candidates, and coordinating the hiring process
+ Assisting with new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientation sessions and providing training
+ Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for multiple stakeholders
+ Preparing and distributing meeting materials, including agendas and minutes
+ Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports
+ Ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory
+ Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients and external candidates
Qualifications:
+ 3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related field
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and external candidates
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks and deadlines
