Job Summary The Greenville Recreation and Parks Department is currently recruiting pool attendants for the Greenville Outdoor Aquatic Center. This position will provide customer service, input data into Rec Trac systems, maintain a daily cash drawer, enforce facility rules, and provide First Aid/CPR as needed. Minimum Age: 18 years old, as of May 20, 2024 Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour Hours: 20-40 hours per week Season: May - September 2024 Requirements:1 year of customer service1 year of data entry and computer skills1 year of maintaining a balanced cash drawerCPR/First Aid/AED Certification (preferred not required) Work begins May 20, 2024, and ends Labor Day weekend. Training for the position will be required before May 20, 2024. CPR/First Aid/AED Certification (must obtain certification by May 20, 2024.) This is a continuous posting and may close at any time. Examples of Duties Enforce pool rules;Oversee rentals & camp reservations; Accountable for tracking the number of patrons; Open and/or close and test chemicals at the spray park as needed;Trash removal;Enforce rules and height requirements for water slide;Perform other duties as assigned. Regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees are not eligible for benefits. Closing Date/Time: Continuous
