Underground Field Laborer

Job Title:

Underground Construction Apprentice 

Pay:

20-25/hr (If you have Heavy equipment may pay more) 

Description:

Water well contractor, commercial wells & borings, service wells. Residential water wells, service, water treatment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ability to lift 80 lbs - 1 + year of mechanically inclined positions (someone that has worked with equipment, on cars, with their hands, on a farm) 

• 1+ year of general labor/construction/concrete 

• the desire to work their way up to turn this into a

Disqualifier:

• someone who has never worked outside

• someone who is not willing to do physical work

Work Environment:

• They will either be in the shop or the field

• They will be with at least 1 other person directing them and making sure they are staying on task. They may be working with more if the job requires it

• They are required to wear jeans and a T-shirt and work boots

• Need to bring their gloves, leather is the best. (if they don't have them, it's not a deal breaker)

• They are fairly laid back as long as you have a good attitude and are working hard.
