About this role:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst performs functions on highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross-functional projects. He/ She serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Technology (I.T.) to support Sales and UPS.com. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to document requirements, determine solutions, assist to addressing any project impediments and prioritizes demand in accordance with business needs and IT capacity. He/She ensures that BSA work products conform to quality and content standards, and stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools and techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Structured Systems Analysis, Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Management and Requirements Validation
• Experience with Technical Knowledge of Hardware & Software, Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System; experience with Axway or Softeon are a plus
• Knowledge of Lifecycle Management Tool (e.g. Kneat) and system validation processes
• Familiarity with Healthcare
• Knowledge of Leadership skills and Team Leadership & Motivation
• Familiarity with Intermediate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
