Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending to clients' needs means being prompt and efficient in responding to service calls and appointments, with a focus on timely arrival at clients' homes.
• Drain machines and other specialized equipment are essential tools in detecting and eliminating obstructions in your plumbing system.
• Provide repair and maintenance services for diverse residential drainage systems, including sinks, toilets, and sewer lines.
• Provide clear and concise written instructions as a follow-up to your verbal communication to ensure that customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
• Make sure to follow the safety protocols and company standards to maintain a clean and well-organized working environment.
• Accurate and prompt completion of important paperwork and documentation is non-negotiable.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Residential Service Plumber skilled in operating advanced drain machines and tools.
• Plumbers with certifications have demonstrated that they are skilled in the latest installation and repair techniques, ensuring customers receive high-quality plumbing services.
• A valid permit to operate a vehicle and a driving record that is untarnished.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide top-notch service is a key aspect of this role.
