Artisan Partners is seeking an IT Planning & Administration Team Manager
Responsible for technology procurement, asset management, invoicing, budget planning, and reporting
Long-term goal of automating manual reporting and data entry
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Lead and support the IT Planning & Administration team
• Coordinate conversations, decisions, and deliverables with other teams
• Develop, prioritize, and execute on high-value internal projects
• Assist and backup team with procurement, invoicing, and contract management
• Develop and share recurring and ad hoc reports on technology budgets and spend
• Coordinate and generate project portfolio management reports
• Analyze and assess project portfolio
• Process project-related invoices and provide requested reporting
• Tableau or Power BI reporting required
• Experience with accounting, financial analysis, or other financial experience
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
• Keen interest in improving processes through technology/automation
• Experience with Workday or Adaptiv a plus
