Corporate Sales Director

Job Summary:

As an integral member of the AutoZone team, the Corporate Sales Director spearheads commercial sales within the store. This critical position entails managing client interactions, merchandise shipments, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of parts and inventory and providing customers with exceptional customer service. A successful CSM religiously follows AutoZone's pledge, committed to exceeding the expectations of their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Reach new heights in business development and exceed sales goals by successfully managing and fostering commercial sales. Foster brand-new business connections by connecting with promising prospects both online and over the telephone
• Act as a liaison between AutoZone and commercial customers, maintaining clear communication lines and facilitating smooth business interactions
• Augment product delivery effectiveness through the supervision and coordination of driver activity, route planning, and resource allocation
• Enhance your clients' experience by providing them with the right parts at the right price, while staying up-to-date with industry advancements
• Maintain financial records and billing information for corporate customers; manages refunds and participates in account reconciliations
• During commercial account visits, ensure that delivery promises are met and services are completed as agreed upon. Collaborate with customers and AutoZoners throughout business functions to establish a unified 'one-team' mentality at AutoZone
• Develop a solid professional relationship with the management group
• Keeps a watchful eye on the safety of the workplace while ensuring that AutoZoners are following established safety guidelines which incorporates the appropriate utilization of PPE
• Follows appropriate accident and claim processes. Adheres to safe driving policies and confirms sanctioned driver status for every Commercial Zone individual
• Adheres to the vehicle's maintenance schedule and promptly resolves any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• The successful completion of high school or equivalent courses demonstrates an individual's dedication and commitment to their academic pursuits, setting them apart in the job market
• An Introduction to Automotive Parts is a Must
• An efficient leader displays remarkable communication expertise, robust decision-making abilities, and outstanding selling skills
• Proficiency to elevate, transfer, and provide delivery of merchandise
• Preparedness to manage a fluid schedule as necessitated by business needs that may involve working on weekends, holidays, and evenings
