Responsibilites:

The successful completion of designated tasks and duties is required, with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Effectively managing the reception and selection of incoming stock to fulfill retail orders.
  • Guidelines for product handling are followed while transferring goods within the warehouse.
  • Structure and arrange goods in an effective manner for transportation, strategically coordinating the process, and also unloading incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls.
  • Executes cleaning tasks to achieve the assigned cleaning objectives, using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques for optimum results.
  • Undertakes inventory checks of warehouses, following standard procedures.
  • This individual prioritizes cooperation and interaction with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, utilizing ongoing communication and information exchange to achieve success.
  • Provides input to the warehouse management team on process improvements.
  • Reviews items, consults with the warehouse management to ensure product value, safety concerns, and sanitation issues are addressed.
  • Utilizes individual discretion and decision-making skills to fulfill job duties within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Provides assistance to warehouse management in the realization of their budgetary goals.
  • Performs all given duties with meticulousness, efficiency, and in accordance with company policies and protocols.
  • Executes the ergonomic program with meticulous adherence to the established procedures.
  • Conforms to established safety measures when using equipment for fundamental job functions.
  • Brings to the management's attention any issues regarding the quality of the product, safety risks, and sanitation problems.
