Job Description of Floating Retail Specialist:
The role of a Floating Retail Specialist at Banner Bank is to assist and cover as a teller/banker at several retail branch locations within a particular geographical location. As the primary interface between the Bank and its clients, you are required to provide a memorable customer experience while accurately and efficiently processing transactions. You'll be expected to provide recommendations on various bank products and services that could be beneficial to clients. Please note that daily travel between branches is a requirement for this position.
Qualification of Floating Retail Specialist:
Excellent communication and customer service skills are also important for bankers, as they need to work closely with clients, answer questions, and help clients make informed financial decisions:
- To be eligible for the role, candidates must have at least one year of teller experience combined with expertise in sales and proven success in achieving established objectives
- Proficient in prioritizing and organizing tasks, complemented by foundational knowledge in mathematics, bargaining, and analytical thinking
- Adhering to proper phone etiquette is an essential part of professional communication and should be practiced consistently
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with excellent interpersonal aptitude; proficient in building and sustaining productive relationships with customers

- Based on experience, employees can earn an hourly wage of $18.00 to $19.00 for this position. An extra premium of $1.50 can be added to their base salary
