**12 month contract

**Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday: remote

Key Qualifications:

3+ years of Creative Resource Coordinator experience within a Marketing team or Company
You have worked with Project Management type tools
You will be supporting email communications, tracking equipment shipments, filing start/departure tickets, etc.
Must be detailed oriented with outstanding communication skills
As part of our Operations team, you will feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
Must have supported a Creative or Marketing team in a previous role that was fast paced
You will help ensure the successful on-boarding & off-boarding of all contract workers.
You will schedule quarterly staffing meetings with cross-functional partners to review creative resourcing plans and assist with note-taking to help drive post-action items.
You will play an integral role in the screening + sourcing process; schedule screens with referral candidates, gather feedback, track role status, etc.
Knowledge of the creative process such as product, design & marketing.
Must be a team player who can work collaborative but independently. Must take initiative!
