Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly install HVAC units in residential and commercial properties, ensuring to comply with the company's regulations and specifications.
• Collaborate with the warehouse staff to ensure that the equipment and supplies reach the job locations on time.
• Learn from knowledgeable field supervisors by receiving personalized onsite assistance and education.
• Utilize the tools and equipment provided by the company to complete installations quickly and without mistakes.
• Never compromise on safety regulations and abide by industry protocols always.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Individuals with prior experience in HVAC installation or technician work are preferred.
• The certification process for HVAC installation usually involves a combination of classroom education and practical training to ensure that installers have a well-rounded understanding of the trade.
• To be eligible for the position, you must have a valid driver's license and a driving history clear of violations.
• A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and excellent technical mastery are crucial.
• Extraordinary aptitude in problem-solving and interacting effectively.
• The capacity to operate independently as well as part of a team.

• The starting hourly pay for this role is up to $40, but incentive pay can increase your earnings to as high as $60 per hour.
• You can set your own flexible work schedule without any mandatory weekend or on-call duties.
