Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Properly install HVAC units in residential and commercial properties, ensuring to comply with the company's regulations and specifications.
- Collaborate with the warehouse staff to ensure that the equipment and supplies reach the job locations on time.
- Learn from knowledgeable field supervisors by receiving personalized onsite assistance and education.
- Utilize the tools and equipment provided by the company to complete installations quickly and without mistakes.
- Never compromise on safety regulations and abide by industry protocols always.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Individuals with prior experience in HVAC installation or technician work are preferred.
- The certification process for HVAC installation usually involves a combination of classroom education and practical training to ensure that installers have a well-rounded understanding of the trade.
- To be eligible for the position, you must have a valid driver's license and a driving history clear of violations.
- A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and excellent technical mastery are crucial.
- Extraordinary aptitude in problem-solving and interacting effectively.
- The capacity to operate independently as well as part of a team.
