What you'll do:


As a Client Technology Operations Senior Data Concierge Specialist, you will be an integral part of the broader Strategy and Operations team. Your primary focus will be streamlining the process of working with data and technology throughout the entire client engagement lifecycle, ensuring that individuals and client facing teams can make informed decisions based on accurate and relevant information.


The Client Technology Operations Senior Data Concierge Specialist is a full-time position located in Southfield, MI, reporting to the Client Technology Operations Support Manager. Paid relocation is not available.



  • Issue identification and resolution: Coordinate with client services and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, plan and implement changes that improve team practices and service delivery, particularly around data.

  • Service evaluation and improvements: Use metrics and feedback to track the Data Concierge service and provide relevant information that informs decisions to improve the services.

  • Education and information enhancement: Continuously improve education and awareness around data processes and technology tools by enhancing information flows internally and within the organization broadly, to embed the Data Concierge services within the firm.

  • Collaborate with client delivery teams and evaluate engagement requirements and data security needs; align the appropriate technologies that address the specific needs of client delivery teams, following predefined criteria developed in the Engagement Data Playbooks

  • Partner and communicate thoughtfully and effectively with client delivery teams.

  • to ensure compliance with company security and privacy standards; and liaise with security, privacy, and data governance as appropriate.

  • Provide recommendations and implement best practices for efficient data management, storage, and retrieval.

  • Supporting client engagements: Handle data and technology related tasks throughout the engagement lifecycle while addressing business and customer issues promptly and accurately and emphasizing project management principles to maintain client satisfaction.

  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines under the guidance of stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow while monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.

  • Establish clear and simple documentation of processes: creating, updating, modifying and/or giving feedback.

  • Assist in coordinating team meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

What you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred. Related work experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience.

  • Proficient in a diverse range of data management and analysis tools, demonstrating a depth of expertise in their strategic application.

  • Adept understanding of the complex landscape of data regulatory and legal considerations, guiding strategic decision-making and compliance initiatives. Possess knowledge of data regulatory and legal considerations.

  • Preferred Qualifications\Certifications in Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, leveraging a refined and articulate communication style to convey complex information effectively.

  • Proven track record of collaborative engagement in high-performing team environments, fostering synergy and achieving collective goals.

  • Robust understanding of project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, with a strategic approach to orchestrating the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service even in high-pressure situations, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.

  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
