The HR Compliance Assessment team is looking for a Program Manager to lead risk and compliance assessments across the HR organization. The Program Manager will chart the course while evaluating processes, identifying risks, and delivering innovative solutions.
This position is located in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Lead HR process assessments including planning, testing, and reporting, while identifying process control improvements.
Manage the risk assessment process and proactively identify risks
Analyze and interpret regulations to build assessment plans.
Develop reporting, metrics, and dashboards to provide assessment results and trends.
Provide strategic solutions through consultation and guidance.
Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments and compliance control.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance tracking processes for HR programs and departments to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, accuracy, and timeliness requirements.
Prepare reports for senior management as necessary.
Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience required.
5+ years of HR auditing experience.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with analyzing data, developing reports, and building dashboards with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Hyperion.
Develop presentations and build a story through data visualization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage highly confidential materials and issues.
Critical thinking skills: analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and sound judgment.
Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple project requests in a fast paced environment
Poses strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, organization planning and time management skills
