Med Tech/Caregiver

Responsibilities:

- record patient medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Utilize electronic medical record systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:

-Previous experience as a med tech or 3 years care giving

- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with memory care and providing support for patients with cognitive impairments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
