Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer delivery of fresh food items to stores via an established itinerary.
• The possession of a CDL B license alongside air brake certification is a must-have for successfully fulfilling this position, which involves safely operating a 26-foot straight box truck.
• Meeting and exceeding your customers' expectations should be a top priority in your business.
• Guarantee accurate and timely distribution to stores.
• Complying with applicable federal and state regulations is critical in ensuring the legal and ethical operation of your company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• The requirement for this role is to have reached the age of 21 or above.
• A lawful commercial driver's license of category B that qualifies the transporter to drive vehicles containing air brakes.
• Candidates must have six months of experience delivering routes in a box truck. The role involves much more than just driving.
• The D.O.T. demands that all prospective hires pass a physical examination, drug screening, and criminal record check to adhere to the regulatory standards.
• To conform to the company's protocols, an MVR inspection is mandatory.
• Manifesting the skill to carry out tasks during non-standard work hours, such as overnight shifts, weekends, and cultural holidays, despite adverse weather elements.
