- Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications

- All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse or wireless headset are NOT allowed)
- A separate 19" monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One (AIO) unit (You MUST have a total of TWO 19" monitors before first day orientation)
- Anti-Virus - Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials FOR WINDOWS SYSTEM
- RAM - Required 4 GB
- Processor speed - Dual Core 2 GHz or better
- Free space - 20 GB
- USB ports - at least 3 available
INTERNET - MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS:
- Internet speed - download speed 5.0 MBPS; upload speed 5.0 MBPS.
- Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable.
