About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on Commercial Transactions to join their dynamic legal team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements related to the company's SaaS offerings.


This role involves not only legal expertise but also a strong partnership with the go-to-market teams, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to commercial transactions.


The Senior Corporate Counsel will also contribute to the development of contract templates, standard processes, playbooks, and automation to streamline the contract lifecycle.


Clear communication, practical problem-solving, and the ability to liaise with various business units are essential for aligning on contractual terms that impact the business.


Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the California or another State Bar Association.


A minimum of 9 years of broad-based technology transactional experience, including extensive work with SaaS sales, resellers, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements, is required.



Preferred qualifications include experience in global sales, public sector contracting, and a background in regulated industries with a focus on data privacy and security.


The role demands a highly responsive, service-oriented individual who can balance legal risks with business needs and is a collaborative team player with a professional and calm demeanor.
