Our company is currently looking for entry-level employees to join our team immediately. The role offers an annual salary of $43,000 to $56,000, including a base salary, team-based commission, and opportunities to earn individual incentives. The compensation package may vary based on location, and full-time benefits are available from the start.

Requirement needed for Retail Sales Representative:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or GED is a fundamental step towards fulfilling educational and professional objectives.
• Having some prior professional experience is required.
• Availability to work outside of standard business hours, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
• It is expected that the employee will display a willingness to work additional shifts, primarily during high vacation periods and the summer season from November to December.
• Associates degree.
• In a customer service or retail sales role, building strong relationships with customers is key, and previous experience can help an individual navigate this process.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interacting with customers to find solutions that meet their needs.

A sign-on bonus of $2500 may be available to external candidates granted the job opportunity. The bonus will be given in two separate payments – one after the first month of working and the other nine months later, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
