Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that the operations are executed in line with the guidelines set by the Director of Area Operations (DAO):

  • Developing and sharing best practices across multiple locations is important for ensuring that the entire team is on the same page, and that each restaurant is functioning optimally
  • It is vital to regularly review and analyze a budget to ensure that it is meeting financial goals and objectives
  • Executing all food safety rules set by the organization and mandatory government regulations
  • Recruiting top-notch candidates, coaching and upskilling general managers and personnel in various areas of the organization, and enforcing repercussions as required
  • To ensure that the assigned stores are running smoothly and that their overall quality and cleanliness meet expectations, it is essential to pay visits to the stores periodically

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience as a successful District Manager or MUM Manager in high-growth Fast Food or Quick Casual concepts.
  • This candidate possesses a strong background in finance, human resources, the Voice of the Customer initiative, food safety, and customer evaluation index results
  • Meeting the obligations of this job requires a valid driver's license that is free of legal issues and in good standing, as well as dependable transportation that upholds privacy
  • The option to work flexible hours depending on the company's demands
  • To comply with local regulations, you must successfully pass a thorough investigation of your background
  • Meeting the state and federal requirements includes having a high school diploma or the equivalent, as well as presenting all necessary paperwork.
