Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate for this role would have prior exposure to prior denials or AR within hospital or physician claims and experience working with production-based metrics. Understanding the Healthcare Industry: By working in the Denials & AR department, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry. You will learn about different procedures, coding, and billing techniques utilized by healthcare professionals, making you an expert in this field:

Your job responsibilities will entail scrutinizing statements for discrepancies and determining the grounds for their refusal. Subsequently, you are expected to craft letters of appeal that will mitigate or nullify any reasons for disapproval. Additionally, you will need to liaise with healthcare providers concerning the status of indemnity claims, queries on the progress of claim payments, and other related issues.

Your meticulousness will come into play as you calculate the anticipated amount of claim reimbursement while keeping a tab on the updates relayed via phone or email by insurance firms.
