This position is a commission-only position. We primarily focus on recruiting for restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality industries.
EHS Hospitality is a successful and growing recruitment firm with offices around the country. We need an additional intelligent and creative recruiter to join a team of fun-loving, client-driven recruiters. This is a HOME BASED POSITION!
You will be successful within EHS if you are the type of person who wakes up every day with one goal in mind: Find the perfect candidate for our clients. You must be self-disciplined and know that you can work autonomously. Hours are flexible and can be built around your lifestyle. That said, this is not a part-time position.
Type of Jobs we recruit: General Managers, Kitchen Managers, Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Directors of Food and Beverage, Sales Managers, District Managers, and any other salaried management position our client requests of us.

Online research, social media strategies, phone communication, and finding new and successful ways to reach your clients is second nature to you. Working with high-level hiring managers and corporate recruiters is your specialty. You constantly come up with new ways to utilize technology to your best advantage to find clients and candidates to successfully fill job orders Your communication via email and phone is impeccable. You are admired for your ability to develop quick relationships with clients and candidates.
