Duties and Responsibilities:
Cashier:
- By smiling, greeting your customers, and thanking them with a positive attitude, you are making it clear that you value their business and you are willing to go the extra mile to make them happy
- Exert physical stamina by standing upright for prolonged periods whilst efficiently scanning, bagging, and processing customer items
- It is necessary to ensure that your work area is routinely cleaned, as it can greatly impact the overall efficiency and quality of work
- Whether you need help with placing an order or finding a specific product, our customer service team is always here to assist you. We are happy to help you every step of the way
- Be willing to lend a hand to colleagues in different areas of the store as the need arises
Cart and Janitorial:
- It is important to create a lasting positive impression by ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a feeling that they were valued and appreciated
- Gather the abandoned carts from the parking space
- Engage in the operation of equipment to relocate carts from the exterior to the interior
- Clean and sanitize the restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as and when needed
- Staying optimistic through thick and thin is key to overcoming obstacles
