Apparel Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Apparel Associate to join our team. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers with their apparel needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect apparel items and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Perform inventory management tasks, such as receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers
- Assist with visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing shopping experience

Experience:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy
- Sales experience is a plus, especially in the apparel industry
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customers
- Familiarity with wireless sales is an advantage

Pay: $15.63 - $20.25 per hour
