Dishwasher

The Prestigious Trump National Golf Club located in Mooresville, North Carolina is currently accepting applications from positive minded individuals for the following positions.

Part Time : Evening Dishwasher

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST

Responsibilities:

- Help Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
- Support Food Service Operations:
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Assist in Banquet and Hotel Settings:
- Support banquet and hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Follow Food Handling Guidelines:
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with Culinary Staff:
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.

Skills:

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling principles.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
