Ensemble Health Partners is looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manage r with a healthcare software implementation/data integration background who possesses in-depth knowledge of different methods of healthcare data exchange (HL7, data extracts, API).

This individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for data integration at a healthcare system, and can quickly analyze data/navigate a database using SQL query language.

In addition to strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, this candidate should possess a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams to accomplish project milestones and deliver successful solutions for clients.

An ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, is enthusiastic about managing and motivating a team, can approach problem-solving challenges independently, has a strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, and a passion for improving the revenue cycle in healthcare.

Experienced in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design (e.g., using SQL server or equivalent to query large data sets, creating technical process flows, learning database tables, creating .Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management data (RCM) and data exchange methods for healthcare data
Advanced understanding of data analytics, cloud-based software, data integration techniques, QA processes
Experience managing internal and/or external resources to execute on deliverables
Experience using data validation tools on large data sets
Experience creating visual reports from large data sets to drive business decisions
Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and creating new methodologies for an organization
Manage the IT deliverables during an implementation of Ensemble's solutions, serving as a key contact for IT stakeholders to ensure the team overcomes any potential IT concerns/barriers
Directly manage a team of 4+ Analysts
Oversee Product Delivery team members to document existing data integration and validation processes
Maintain Ensemble's baseline data specifications for HL7, data extract, and API data exchange methods
Manage project IT deliverables, next steps, risks, and issues for the implementation
Motivate and support Product Delivery team members in their professional career growth at the company
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Ensemble's solutions, data exchange methods, processes & procedures, and healthcare domain
Manage the improvement of Ensemble's data integration methodology as a whole, and contribute to Ensemble's organizational objectives
Organize and build upon existing data integration and data validation tools for the team
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Ensemble's software, data feeds, and database tables to effectively communicate data requirements
Maintain strong understanding of client EHR workflows and systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
Teamwork/Collaboration - Helps onboard and train new hires. Assists with identifying and resolving internal issues and ideas for process improvement. LI-remote
