When you join our team as a Program Director, you will:

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop best in class educators to be passionate and committed professionals
• Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites

Required Skills and Experience:

• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.
• Leading an energetic team.
• Childcare: Two years (3120 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center

Education and Qualifications:

• Completed HS diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Sixty semester hours of credit from an accredited college or university with 18 semester hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development from birth to age 6.
• 3 college credits in administration, management or leadership

Job Types: Full-time

Hourly Pay Range: $19-$21

Expected hours: 30-32 per week (before & after school schedule is a split schedule for site directors and teachers)
