Recruiter

Ascendo is currently working with a stable non-profit organization located in the Mercer County area. We are currently seeking a Recruiter for a full-time, contract role. This role will be for 1 year and is 100% on-site.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Source resumes for internal roles with the organization


• Formulate job descriptions


• Monitor all incoming applications


• Conduct initial phone screens


• Complete reference checks, as needed

What We're Seeking:

• Bachelors degree in a related field


• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
