Located at: 192 Jade Trail N, Lake Elmo, MN 55042 Shifts Available: 8AM-4:30PMEvery Weekend Wage: $17/hr We are seeking:Staffing Coordinator Location:Boulder Ponds- Lake Elmo, Minnesota 55042 Are you compassionate towards others? Our Administrative Assistant becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible to prepare and maintain all schedules for nursing staff, adjust daily time records for the nursing department, and to provide reports/data as needed or requested to ensure the provision of nursing services to residents/patients is in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Health Services and state and federal guidelines. Duties include: Coordinate, monitor, and adjust all schedules for the nursing department to include daily, weekly, holiday, vacation, make-up, rotation schedules, et al. Coordinate, monitor, and adjust time sheets including Medicare coding for proper reimbursement. Coordinate and monitor the coding of labor hours. Maintain current phone lists. Assist staff with concerns, conflicts, and questions regarding schedules and policies. Answer questions concerning time records/time clock and resolve related issues. Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Must have experience in scheduling and coordination tasks. Previous training in general office duties and equipment. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
