Virta Health is looking for an action-oriented marketer to accelerate our enterprise demand generation efforts. This person will be responsible for supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns that raise awareness and interest in Virta among our target B2B audiences, including employee benefits leaders and health plan executives.

Virta’s demand generation team is composed of versatile business athletes who use both right- and left-brain thinking to solve Virta’s most critical growth challenges. This team toggles rapidly from quantitative analysis, creative problem solving to out of the box thinking—basically, doing whatever it takes to develop highly effective campaigns that touch the hearts and minds of our buyers. Ideal candidates for this role are motivated to deliver quantifiable results, while remaining deeply empathetic to our business partners and buyers.

**In order to be considered for the role, you MUST submit a portfolio including a minimum of 3 writing samples**

Responsibilities

  • Campaign development - Develop multi-channel campaigns to energize and activate target buyers through digital and non-digital media channels (e.g., thought leadership content, e-mail, webinars, paid media,)

  • B2B content - supporting campaigns with short and long form content that is clear and compelling to set Virta apart from competitors, including storytelling via webinar and event presentations, whitepapers, reports, industry surveys, and more

  • Field/event marketing - Supporting team with a scalable model for in-person and/or virtual events around the country, including concept, content, promotion and follow through 

  • Channel marketing - Understand business needs of key channels (consultant team, ASO, strategic accounts) and support them with relevant marketing campaigns and/or content to deliver scalable growth

  • Marketing technology - Supporting Virta’s growth by identifying and leveraging next generation demand generation tools to advance our goals, including account-based marketing, email marketing, paid acquisition, inbound marketing.

90 Day Plan

Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:

  • Evaluate existing content assets, needs and inflight projects; step in to run existing projects forward

  • Learn demand generation tools including Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Zoom Webinars, Zapier

  • Align closely with ASO leaders to understand how to activate channel for greater growth

  • Collaborate with Events Marketing to support upcoming event needs

  • Partner with Enterprise Marketing and Sales to develop relevant campaigns that deliver highly qualified leads to SDRs

Must-Haves

  • 7-10 years of working experience in B2B marketing and demand generation

  • A versatile business athlete with a broad range of skills in both analytics and creativity

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry 

  • Excels at creating compelling thought leadership pieces and storytelling for B2B healthcare audiences 

  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, channels and other internal teams to push projects across the finish line

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
