Job Summary:

As a Cafe Ambassador, your contribution will be vital in building strong relationships and ensuring top-notch customer service for the Capital One community. Collaborate with us to establish enriching experiences, spread awareness of our brand, and promote financial education in our dynamic Cafe setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop a warm environment that makes everyone feel appreciated and accepted, fostering a sense of belonging for all customers and staff.
• Actively participate in customer communication, addressing their requirements, showcasing products and services, and encouraging in-depth discussions regarding their financial objectives.
• Help clients navigate goal-setting strategies, endorsing financial education, and maximizing the potential of Capital One resources.
• Work together with a motivated group of representatives, cultivating a nurturing and motivating atmosphere.
• Strengthen your digital competence and technical prowess to provide exceptional customer support and experience.
• Work alongside local corporations, non-government organizations, charitable foundations, and the Engagement department to organize gatherings that take place either inside or outside of the Cafe.
• Contribute your time to the local community by actively participating in financial literacy programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A high school diploma, GED, or other certification demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills are typically required for entry-level jobs and post-secondary education.
• A minimum of one year of prior experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service is required.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• To be considered for this position, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a retail or customer service role are preferred.
• Proficiency in G-Suite.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• A highly motivated and personable professional with a flair for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
