Key Responsibilities : Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support CenterQuickly assess the user's issue and provide first-level support for problem resolutionDocument information specific to the resolution and escalate unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate areaRequired Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalentPharmacy Technician experience requiredHIPAA certifiedCall center experience required (3+ years preferred)Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
