Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing campaigns and processes for optimizing and executing marketing strategies. This role will ensure best practices are established and leveraged in campaign design and delivery. Testing methodologies need to be adhered to in order to deliver against the project deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as an expert executing marketing campaigns leveraging relational databases and technologies.
- Responsible for recommending and designing campaigns that maximize system performance while fully utilizing system functionality.
- Understands the data and ensures accurate execution against the campaign strategies. Resolves data conflicts in campaign design and results.
- Ensure efficient processes are in-place and/or developed to manage the quality of campaign output while establishing best practices and meeting timelines.
- Follow consistent testing methods and auditing processes to ensure congruent results across the team by effective use of project methodologies.
- Partners cross functionally to ensure campaign results and timelines are met (IT, Email, Strategy, Creative, Creative Production and B2B).
- Reviews and evaluates multiple sources of information to support integrated solutions
- Builds and defines detailed requirements within E2E process.
- Leads and directs others in operational excellence initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business with corresponding analytical experience or the equivalent experience
- 7 years' experience in the direct response industry with an emphasis on data analysis and campaign development including direct mail and ecommerce marketing.
- Understands financial metrics with the financial industry/insurance industry.
- Proven experience working with relational databases and demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with various application software including: MS-SQL, campaign software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Proven teamwork, facilitation, leadership, and mediation skills.
- Critical thinker with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on perceived risk.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust to achieve maximum results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to work effectively and independently in a time sensitive environment.
- Drive vision and purpose - Demonstrated experience in anticipating opportunities for future marketing solutions; ability to articulate opportunities to engage others.
- Solution-oriented problem solving - Ability to analyze multiple sources of information to define problems before recommending solutions.
- Ability to manage complexity - Ability to distinguish between what is relevant and what is unimportant or unknown to make sense of complex situations.
- Ability to think creatively to achieve desired results.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$66,412.00 - $116,220.00
